Here are some of our new photos!! It was tricky to get the boys to pose together, so there aren't that many of them together, but they are soooooo cute!! Thanks Kiara you did a great job! The best part of these photos is the experience that we had doing it. PJ caught a grasshopper, and they fed a Duck. They had alot of fun. Take a look at Kiaras new blog!

Cookies

Sugar Cookies For "Family Home Meeting"
PJ loves to have family home meeting as he calls it. on Monday we made sugar cookies, it was all PJ, Kash and Joes idea so I went along with it as it seems every time we do something like this we make the biggest mess. well we did, but it was fun, joe had the mixer on the floor as the boys would dump stuff in and all over. but surprisingly they turned out really good. One of those times that we will never forget.

Just a few more pictures of our fun trip.

Joe decided to make the kids a bridge from the one bunk to the other, wasn't too scary until you add the element of a rocking boat. the kids had so much fun.

We are Back!! We had such a blast on our Cruise. I'm so glad that Joseph insisted on bringing the Kids along. While on the Ship we spent most of our time in the pool, the kiddie pool. And when we weren't in the pool we were eating!! That will explain why i gained a few pounds and Tyrell my nephew gained 18! The kids loved swimming in the pool and being in the warm weather. We soaked it all up because we knew there would be snow when we got home. Sure enough Here it comes!! Mexico was also alot of fun. The kids just loved playing on the beaches, and swimming with the dolphins, ok Kash didn't really get into the dolphins, he was a little scared of the big fish swimming with him and didn't want to touch it. It was halloween while we were on the ship so pj and kash dressed up and went trick or treating. We have been home for 4 days and pj keeps asking if we can go get back on the big ship.

grateful

ok so its not quite november, and quite a few days away from thanksgiving. But I am titling this blog grateful because that is how I feel today. You know we totally take each day of our lives and our childrens lives for granted. Justin has been gone for 4 years today and I have been an emotional wreck! It seems just like a few weeks ago we were laughing with him and at him. His sweet little personality and dimple. But I am also reminded of how greatful I am to have that opportunity to have been his Mom and to have two more beautiful boys! How wonderful the blessing of being a mother. And thats only one good reason why blogging and showing off your kids is so wonderful. You have the right! Your a Mother!

JJ on Ghost, Summer 2004

On Monday I took PJ to the doctor because he kept complaining of his hand hurting. He could play and use it just fine, but when you would touch his hand it would hurt. So we went and took pictures of his bones! He thought it was cool because he looked like a skeleton. So here we are with a cast because of a crack. He was helping Kash get off of the table and the chair tipped over with them both and PJ's had took all of the weight. At first he didn't like it but he doesn't seem to mind it now.

Ok so Joseph has lost his mind! He decided PJ was ready for his first 4wheeler. we went out to the sand dune for conference weekend and it rained the whole time it seemed but we still had fun. Pj was driving really well after a few hours and didn't want to stop even though he would get soaked every time. Kash taking his turn.

Laney, Keerah, Kash, PJ making a sand castle.
Joseph made a trip to Sam's club last friday and found some really cute pajamas. He also got the boys some goggles so they would be ready to go snowmobiling. Joseph got ready to go to the temple and was giving the boys hugs when I snapped this shot. He got down to the temple and realized his shirt was pink! Oops! I'll bet everyone thought that his poor wife washed his lights and darks together.
Kash loves Cats!! thanks for the kitten grandma but I don't think it will survive.
PJ fell asleep on Morgans lap. Best Buds!

Hey look! we made it just like it shows in the magazine. (A turtle out of bread if you couldn't tell)

And this one of Kash being a Monkey is just too cute not to include!

back to blogging

Here we are! back to blogging so here are some things that have taken place in the last few months! Chance came by to visit and then took PJ home for a sleep over. PJ took is kitten and spiderman blanket with. Chance took good care of him they even watched a movie and ate popcorn in chances bed. Lots of fun! Heres some photos of our horse ride up maple canyon. Who knew it was so pretty up there. In all of my 29 years I have never ridden a horse up there. It was absolutely beautiful with the fall leaves changing. PJ came along with us and he did really good considering it was a 4 1/2 hour ride. He rode on Scar with me most of the way, and with Dad on King for about 1/2 hour on the top. He even took a little nap.

And then of course our other little cowboy. Some day he will grow into that hat!

You guessed it - More animals! The frog ( Mr. Potato Head) lived for a day. And the salamanders, superman and invisible. we are trying to be really good about washing hands so we don't get salmonella (how ever you spell it) Super man was lost for a day because he got left on the kitchen floor, which kinda grossed me out a bit. but then I found him thank goodness, a sigh of relief that he wasn't going to stink, or that I wouldn't step on him in the middle of the night or something. we have had the salamanders for 4 weeks, I think they really like the hermit crab food. They are probably the best taken care of salamanders ever!! who really keeps them as a pet???

So look at what trouble the neighbor girl gets us into!!! (just kidding holly) I think PJ probably instigated this one. PJ and Kady love each other so much, and also get into alot of trouble together!! We have got to do something about that mudd puddle!

Celebration of Life

On Saturday the 30th we went to SLC. The Utah Eye, Organ and Tissue Donation have made a monument at library square. It is a wall that has donors names engraved on it, they call it the Celebration of Life Monument. On Saturday they unveiled the new names engraved on it this year. Justins was one of them. It was a fun special day to be able to reflect on his life and the life and opportunity that he has given to other children through his donation. In February 2005 a 7 month old boy received his aortic heart valve. and in July 2005 a 13 month old little girl received his pulmonary heart valve. From his heart so full of love these two little ones have received life. His eyes were also donated. Both a Happy and Sad day to reflect. Thank you to Mom, Dad, Mark, Nanalee and Valerie for sharing this special occasion with us. Can't forget PJ and Kash, they made the day extra special.

PJ and Kash just loved playing in the water fountain. Is this ok?? Who knows but they sure had fun.
